Default Squeaking Brakes

Hey guys,
Ok this past saturday i was driving on the 405 when some ******* cut me off big time, so in order not 2 hit him and the huge line of cars infront of him i had to go from 80-0...by stomping on my brand new brakes. Lone and behold i ended up not hitting him but he hit the car infront of me ,and the car infront of that. Now my brakes are extremly loud when stopping, is it possible that i damaged my brakes? Any solutions to this problem..ty in advance guys.

Default thems the breaks

What do you mean, "my brand new breaks [sic]"? Stomping on your breaks shouldn't cause any problems unless they were already worn to the point they need pad or rotor replacement. In any case, you need to have your brakes checked by a professional.

You need to re-bed the brakes in. Go to Stoptech or Brembo for good explanations of how to do this.
