Just finished the install. WOW, this is the shifter that should be on every one of these cars. I set mine to the shortest setting and it is not at all "too" aggressive. Much smoother that stock and to my sense of feel, reverse engages much easier. Install is not too bad, just requires patience and carefully following their instructions. Took a little over an hour with one beer stop.
