Strange story from this morning....
I'm in the left lane going about 80 (80 is not very fast for the Northwest tollway near Chicago) - no traffic ahead for about a mile so I move to the center lane. I catch up to a guy in the right line driving a ford crown vic and pass him since I'm still in the center lane. He changes lanes to get in behind me. I change to the left lane since there is now a truck in front of me. After I pass the truck, I move back to the center lane since this a$$hole in the crown vic is now 2 inches from my bumper. He changes lanes with me (does not try to pass). No traffic in front of us and he is 2 inches from my bumer - wtf did I do to this guy? Maybee he just does not know how to drive? He stays on my *** for the next 2 miles and then exits. As he exits he gives me the finger. wtf? Some people are just so strange. I guess he was pissed because I was driving 80 in a 55 so he decided to drive as fast as me and tailgate me? I just don't get it.

Accelerate to get a gap, then down shift; watch him grab two feetfull of brakes and kiss his
steering wheel.
Works every time.
Sometimes it takes two times before they learn. But I've never had anyone come back for thirds.

Driving a Crown Vic gives some the right to play traffic cop.
Just nailed a 40 year old around here who had his Vic outfitted with lights in the grill, old police radio, and a laptop. He's been pulling people over for months before they caught him.
Had more than 10 badges on him when he was arrested.

I tried that before. The guy followed me almost to my house. (long)
He took off when he saw the driveway that i was pulling into was the local PD. People with road rage are just stupid with anger. They just don't think, which is what really makes them dangerous.
Not to long ago there was a news story of a guy that was rear ended (very minor damage). The guy who hit him got out to say sorry and see if there was any real damage. The guy that was hit ended up beating the guy to a bloody mess. After he was done beating on the guy he walk back to his car and as he opened the door he heard a whistle. The guy he had just beat was standing at his car aiming a handgun at him and shot him dead in the chest. The guys wife and kid witnessed him getting killed.
Another one was when a big guy in a small car and a small guy in a big truck got into a bigger ***** battle on the 10 frwy. They pulled to the side of the freeway and exchanged words. The smaller guy pulls a gun and shoots the bigger guy, 10 times. The small guy then left the scene but 10 mins later pulls over and turns himself in. The police asked him "why did you turn yourself in? There were no witnesses, you would have gotten away with it". His responce was " i couldn't take the crying and screaming asking WHY? anymore". They asked "From the guilt?" "No my 9 year old daughter".
Moral of the story is. Just get away from them and try to be safe and smart about it.
