its good, but it has been proven that cold air intakes dont add any performance upgrades. they do provide a little more low end grunt and a throatier exhaust, but that not much for 3-400 bucks.

Default How could you indicate that it is "good" when your next sentance indicates no gain?
Back to back tests show no HP gains over the stock airbox.

That, is NOT good, IMO.

anyways, i got it for $100. Used only a few months. He said he'll clean and oil before shipping.

here's a link to the listing. shows dyno 3lbs torque and 10hp.

It has been proven multiple times to make less torque and hp then stock. Also proven to suck in hotter air. B6 S4 forum has a couple of dyno test and VAG-COM log tests.
