First...special thanks to Kevin at Ingolstadt West in Canoga Park (LA area). He was great.
So...turns out the problem was only a lost bolt. From all views before we lifted the car, it certainly appeared (even to Kevin at first) that the bolt was sheared. But no...as you can see from the top pic, the bolt has in inside, female, thread. I shot these after Kevin had already gone to work and was adding support to the suspension to compress it more, so I don't have a good shot of the bolt without the swaybar in the way. But I think you can get the idea. Apparently this "female" bolt configuration is no so on older cars.
So all that was necessary was to find a new bolt and send 'er home.

Checked everything else while on the rack, especially the front links that the Rusnak mechanic said were in distress, but everything actually looked pretty good. Retightened all (the other rear - right side - needed a little attention also).
So: moral of the story....Keep tabs on those sway bolts!!!
PS...Earlier today I spoke with the guys at H-Sport who were pretty surprised by my original pic and the thought that the bolt had sheared. They said that they had never heard of ANY similar problem. But after reading meeko1's comments about his front sways and the failed links, I'm gonna pass this along to them. I think they'll be interested.
Deeno out.

Do you want to borrow my camcorder mount? Works pretty easily by snugging up around the head rest mounts. Let me know and I'll either mail to you or work something out to drop it off.
