Taking at least 350lbs off my ride, will it make a very noticible difference?

cars at all for that matter. You need to stop watching people hacking up their civics.
The front bumper bracket on my A4 was aluminum. I am sure the S4 isn't much different. So I am not sure what you are going save.
Also the engine on the A4/S4 is positioned ahead of the front axle line. So good luck removing weight in front of that. There is not much if any that can be removed there and still have a streetable car.

you havent seen this bumper, dont know whether its structural, and want to suggest that others dont know what they're talking about?? hmmmm.... just because its aluminum doesnt mean its light. just because its aluminum doesnt mean it couldnt be lighter; there are myriad grades of aluminum, all of which are not equal. if is not structural - and you dont know if it is, but you say that your saw your a4 bumper beam BRACKET - then you can remove weight from in front of the axle!! what was the bumper beam itself made of?? i havent seen the bumper beam either, but i was only making a suggestion and not telling others that it was impossible without any direct experience.
