Is there a definitive answer on FSI V8 in the S4 for 2007?

Ratings for '07 S4 won't change, therefore, no FSI S4 specific...Q7 has FSI.
I believe Audi will lay out some spectacular engine/HP/transmission options for the 2008 b8 with DSG being offered with performance packages. The teaser for '07 obviously is the RS4 which closes out the current b7 platform. The big deal for '08 is the rumored 310 HP bi-turbo V6 and the S4 specific 4.2L engine with FSI rated somewhere around 370 HP.

http://www.audiusa.com/model_home/0,,bodyStyleId-17,00.html?bodystyle=q7</a

There will not be a twin turbo V6 of any kind ever again
With the exception of the 2L four-banger (which is turbocharged only in North America and available turbocharged and normally aspirated overseas) and diesel engines (turbocharged only for now, some may get twin turbos in a few or several years), Audi is doing away with forced induction on all of their vehicles, including all future RS models. and yes, this includes the new (C6) RS 6 due out either next year for 2008 or in 2008 for 2009. Even with high revs, a normally aspirated engine is generally far more relaible that a force fed engine. The truth hurts, I know. But in the long run, lying and rumors hurt more.
