You'll tear it up on the track with that. Suspension is very stiff aswell. But not my taste for an every day car.

...the Cayman is just too expensive a starting point for a track car considering what you get...less than 300hp for almost $70k out the door without options/mods...and that's before you consider that resale value will plummet (note the Boxsters', and know the Cayman's will be worse). Add some sport options and you're close to used GT3 pricing. And this is all assuming you're fine with risking a $75k+ investment on the track.
