Hmm.. I don't know what my dealer was talking about then. I guess there's nothing to be replaced after 70000 miles? I already asked this question but noone seems to know. Well, thanks for your input.

the timing CHAIN needs to be replaced at 70K. Timing belt chain TENSIONERS actually MAY need to be replaced.

I guess I'll just have to discuss more with my dealership to see how much it costs and if I DO NEED to change the parts.. because recently, my engine began to make some sort of whining noise.. very quiet, but it's still there.

Most likely cause is the pulleys. There was a TSB for this on the 04 B6s. I had my pulleys and tensioners replaced twice to get rid of the whine. Characteristically, the whine disappears around 3k and is heard when the temps get cold. Not evident in warm weather.
