Default tips for repairing scratches in wheel lips

Anyone have some tips for removing fine scratches in the lip of wheels?

I have some maya stm's and they seem to scratch fairly easily. When I changed from 235's to 245's, I got some scratches in the lips of the wheels.

Not sure if the lip is chrome or stainless steel or what, but I am sure there has to be something I can do to remove the scratches.

Any suggestions for removing the scratches?
