I think they were just tips. The stock bumper was cut so they could fit. They didn't do it for me

Yea that was a GREAT GTG!!! You should have seen how many people got busted!!...

we drove in there with like 40 Evos and Stis and left with 20. THAT WAS A CRRRRAAAAAAAAZZZZZZZYYY ride home!!!
