Is it too early
for there to be *any* information available on my car if it is slated for April delivery? The dealer tells me he has no VIN yet. Seems like I should have a build week, or production status, or something? I ordered it in late December...

dude, I ordered on 10/25, and the car hits the port next Friday (2/27). So you can see how long the
wait is 
But yea, your dealer should know the Production week based on the commission #. If they say they don't have it or know it, they're pulling one of your legs. Tell them to call Audi on 3 way or on conference so you can hear if they are truly lying or not (do this on the spur of the moment so they don't call up ahead of time and "prep" the agent to say something else. Preferably, walk into the dealership in person and ask them to do it "right away".) There's no reason why they *shouldn't* do it right away, unless everyone is in the bathroom dropping deuces. Good luck man and don't take any BS. You just ordered a 50K+ car, NOT a civic or a corolla or a ford fvck-us. You deserve just a little more info.
