Took my car to Criswell Audi in Annapolis for the Serp belt TSB this morning. They....
ordered the parts with no hassles whatsoever. At first, they did mention that I may need to leave it overnight so that they could check it out in the morning, but they called Audi Tech Support who told them to go ahead and order the parts.
Also, paid an unbelievable $119.00 for a 10,000 mile oil change. They did use synthetic at least.

My dealer told me the same - bring own oil change is included ...
for scheduled maintenance only. I'll bring my own Mobil 1 0-40 at around 3500 (since I'm putting so few miles on the car) and again every 3500-5000 depending how much the car is driven. Some dealers will cover Castrol synthetic - mine won't.

That is correct, Audi will charge for oil change @10K. You might want to get it done elsewhwere.
Only problem is that no one else will have the oil filter. You can buy the filter from Audi and then go elsewhere to save a few bucks, But be sure they use an Audi approved oil.
