Transmission Hiccup? or is it somethign else?
So i started to notice that when i drive in D (i have Tip) when coming to a complete stop, just as i reach 8mph, i feel something hiccuping (slight thump noise) back toward me in front of the car-this hiccup causes a slight vibration that i feel on the floor and pedal. This is a very similar feel that i get when I drive in manual mode and as i come to a full stop, dropping gears 3, 2, 1,- when the car hits 1st gear there's a slght throwback vibration.
***However when i drive in Sport mode, this hiccuping is non-existant. I guess i started to notice this because i usually drive is S mode.
Does anyone know what this is?

Anyone? this is kinda worrying me...read some stuff up and
it seems that this is common in many automatic transmissions....(very common in the steptronic tranny in bmw's)
they were saying that its a software problem. Can anyone confirm this? IF there's an upgrade at the dealer for this problem?
