Default Yes, you may get detonation at 6psi. There is a reason everyone is having probs...

with the superchargers. The intake temps on these cars are already as hot or hotter then the are on the turbo audis that had the airbox sitting next to the hot turbos. It is hot as **** under these hoods. MTM had to add a radiator, oil cooler, and liquid cooled intake mani just to get a supercharger to work. Keep an eye on it.

ya i looked into there system for that reason. and i will get an oil cooler and might even go the meth injection for cooling the turbos so they stay as cooled as possible

Default The turbos are not going to be in the engine bay simply for the fact that there is not enough room

They are coming off of custom manifolds which would put them pretty much next to the frame rails, and are like someone said previously liquid cooled. Turbos have been shown to be quite more efficient. Blowers in general generate alot more heat than turbos. I'm not saying its going to be cool, but less heat than a supercharger sitting on the top of the engine. I could potentially see this being a possibility for it to work but be very patient with it and it should be one badass ride.
