Default Update on the Schrick Cams install

Okay everything is out now but only one problem there are about 8 special tools to get the cams in and out. We have 7 out of the 8 tools this is holding things up. If anyone out there can loan me special tool number T40046 that would be great!!!!!!

Here are some pics of the current stage.

get the cam in and out and placed properly....

Before it went in:

Default I just got bored and instead of dumping the car I figured why the heck not

Danny at KMD Tuning was an A tech at an Audi dealer and he knows what he's doing, I've been going to him for about 6 years now and he works on all my cars.

Default Saw whole engine/gearbox out at Carlsen Audi in Palo Alto Ca

B6 S4 apparently had a coolant leak at the back. Service dept had it up on the rack, beautiful block on the floor upside down, tranny disconnected. Seeing the chain drive was pretty cool. All work was under warranty of course.

Default Are you shooting for RS4-type performance?

If you spend more than $25k, you'd have been better off with off-the-shelf the RS4. That aside, good luck on the exciting project! Hopefully your emissions will not suffer from new cams.
