I know V1 had hardwire power adaptor for sell, do we need this item for hardwire the V1 to S4?
Can anyone give me a shopping list for the required items.. I want to do it this weekend!
Thanks all!

If you search, you'll probably be able to determine which of the 4 fires on an RJ11 cable are for power and ground. Cut the connector off the end, wire a fuse inline on the hot wire, and tap to your preferred power source. Ground goes to a ground connection (doh!).
Alternatively, you could call V1 and ask them which wire is positive and negative inside the RJ11.
