Waiting for '08 pricing
Was told it would be available yesterday - now told not until next Monday. Hmmm. I really want to order an '08 S4, but dealer tells me he can't take my order until the numbers are finalized. I'm looking at the B7 A4 forum, and it appears that orders are being taken for that car. What gives? Anyone have different info than I do?

Assuming timing is somewhat routine...
The ability to order should be anytime now. I ordered my '06 in June of 2005. They may just be making last minute option decisions or production number decisions.

Seems so. I'm torn between..
getting a leftover '07 in a color/option combo I could live with but don't really love, and waiting for the '08. Other advantage is if I take delivery by July 2, AudiCare is included. I've told my sales rep that if I order an '08, I expect the 4 yr maintenance package to be included - it's that important to me.

I went into Royal Audi in SF on Monday and the Sales Manager whipped out the '08 ordering guide- options pricing MSRP and Dealer Invoice. So maybe you just need to check around.

Ordered an '08 in April
I ordered a white avant back in April. Was facing the same decision: go with an '07 from one dealer, or an '08 from another. The first dealer of course told me it was imposible to order an '08. The second dealer placed the order and used '07 pricing to boot. Car is now on a boat and I'm expecting delivery in early July. An '08 white s4 savant to match my current '02 black s4 sedan.

I'm trusting dealers less and less as time goes on. Congrats on the '08. Did you order the convenience package (that's now around $2100)? Does it include Bose AND Sirius - since satellite is not showing up as separate option as far as I know?

Ordered the works. Everything but rear airbags. My understanding is that the only real changes for '08 are different wheels (I think, RS4 like 7 spoke design). Other items are all the same, just grouped differently.
