Be sure to cover your furniture in plastic while you're at it.

post pics when you put the 15"s on! BTW, you should avoid the curbs even with the 15"s.

Default the smallest you can fit on your S4 brakes are 17s (?)

So you should consider swapping out to get A4 1.8T brakes

Default Because they look good. ;-) You'll learn from your mistakes though...

When I had my B5 I bent 8 rims (you read that correctly) and curbed 4 of my aftermarket rims and all 4 of my stockers.

Now I've had the B6 for well over a year and no curb rash yet. (crosses fingers)

And I had ONE bad incident in DC and now I have a little wobble in one of my Maya's. But that's ok. The price you pay to be damn good lookin'. ;-)

Default Doesn't really help. If your going to hit a curb your going to hit it.

Really only helps if your at a steep angle. But if your just happen to crest the curb, your going to scratch it regardless.

The rim protector will help a bit when you hit potholes as it the tire will wrap around the lip as it compresses, but it won't stop the lip from bending if you hit a pothole hard enough. It will keep it from getting scratched though.
