It's your speed alarm and it's neither the psi or theta designation but a circle with a diagonal line going through it. You can set it for notification of a predetermined speed you'd like to be aware of. In layman's terms, it's a signal telling you that, say, if you set it to 80 MPH, you've reached 80 MPH and might want to back off of the throttle on cop infested roads. Comes in handy at times.

represents MPG (for example) since the system has been reset. In other words, average over a longer period of time. Without the line through it, the figures tell you what is currently happening.
