Default Not sure if you saw my other post

but here's a quick ~4000rpm rev vid/sound clip I made over the weekend w/my 2 res Labree catback.
The 4res full Labree system clips are available on Avalon's website I believe.
Thanks Sia @ Tripleplate for hosting for me! Right click and Save As please

http://www.tripleplate.com/s4/LaBree/LaBreecatback.mpg</a

Default I've had the Miltek non-res & LaBree DP combo for

several months now & have seen the Miltek CB&DP combo installed on a couple other S4's.The LaBree quality ie welds & finish are better on my DP's than on the Miltek exhaust - don't think it's a perf issue but better is better. Also when we 1st mated the two together the connector pipes were not sized properly. LaBree was superb in making up a set of properly sized connector pipes which really made a huge diff in performance. The raspy sound has mellowed dramatically as the system has aged and is only slightly obnoxious when cold - the clip on Avalon's site (black car) were made with the system newly installed.I'm happy w/ both products but if I were buying today I'd go with a full LaBree system.

Hey Haw any chance of a longer, redline-bumping clip?

Default a few things , Labree Motorsports has been in Business for years way before our S4s : ) ....

Brent Labree has been making cust exhaust and headers for street and race cars for about 45 years now . their Euro products are a few years old but has sold more exhaust products than many big companies out there . Labree Motorsports is a small family owned shop that treats you like family "now many have said well what's the diff between Labree and others or in this case with Milltek ?" well if you ask any B5 guys on the B5 forum they'll tell you milltek sounds good but quality is not that great ! and one thing that the B5 guys experianced was bad/shady business from Strat ! I'm glad Strat is not doing what they did over on the B5 forum here .
-Labree uses flanges VS cheap clamps that milltek uses
-diff cats , labree uses 3" 300 cell cats VS Milltek 200 cell 2.5" cats
-diff mufflers , resonators
-Labree has no neck downs on their CB and DPs but Milltek does .
one thing they share is that, it seems ppl that have their products are happy .

Default I have Milltek full back on my B6, but LaBree was great to work with when they

were the first to do the split downpipes for my TIP B5 S4. Their workmanship was great. and don't hold anything against them just because Simpply endorses them :-P
