I came up behind one today on the highway. Guy intentionally slowed down to about 60 to pull me in close..and then down shifted and stomped it.....I suppose in an attempt to leave me in his dust. No dice though...I knew what he was trying to do..I also dropped a gear and I was able to stick on him through high 90's when we shut down due to traffic. He then proceeded to drive like a total ***....actually split a 2 lane highway between cars to get away from me. Bottomline, I think he was pretty surprised...perhaps he thought I was driving an A4. Anyway..just wondering how fast that P car is. It was debadged so I assume it was a straight 911...maybe a 911S...definitely not a turbo.

Guy looked like he was lost in the '80's with long hair and sweat shirt w/ cutoff sleeves. He kept taking off like a bat outta hell from each light. I got next to him and did a mild launch as I wasn't sure he was game but he stayed in it. We were about even through 1st and then it was over when I hit 2nd. I think he dropped his Quiet Riot tape and was busy looking for it cause he didn't want to play anymore.

I believe he is about right...Autoweek got just under 4 when they did the test drive.

3.7 is accurate. Perhaps you should pick up the crack pipe.
