Default List of ways to save weight:

Stock catback: 67 pounds
Milltek res catback: 52 pounds

Stock downpipes: 31 pounds
Milltek tip downpipes: 24 pounds

Stock battery = 40lbs
Light weight Odyssey battery = 13lbs

Full Milltek = 22lbs saved
Front BBK = 30 lbs saved (because of lighweight rotor hats)
Stasis Motorsport suspension weighs only 40lbs (not sure what stock weighs)
Lighter wheels = 40lbs saved
Light weight Odyssey battery = 37lbs saved
Spare removal = 47lbs saved

Easy weight reduction = 176lbs (+ what ever suspension saves you)

now put in light weight front racing seats ~ 60lbs saved
Now remove the back seat ~ 110lbs saved

now we are at a total savings of 346 lbs (+ what ever suspension saves you)

If you want to go crazy remove all the speakers/radio ~ 100 lbs

Default You have a couple options

one Stock B6 S4 front caliper = 14.5 lbs
one Stock B6 S4 front rotor = 25lbs

one Stasis/Alcon Monoblock 4 caliper = 7.5 lbs
Aone Stasis/Alcon B-Type (4 piston) = 6.5lbs.
one Stasis 14" Rotor = 16.5 lbs

Total weight savings on front Stasis BBK = 16 lbs per corner = 32 lbs total

OR

Stoptech ST40 aluminum caliper = 7 lbs
Stoptech 355mm rotor = 16.5 lbs
Total weight savings = 32 lbs

OR

ECS tuning Tru-Float Rotors only w/ stock caliper = 20 lbs total savings

There is also a Brembo front BBK for the B6 S4 but I don't know much about it.

Yes to both. Paint the matte black glossy and polish @ SPP.
