I need a printed copy of that info so I can show it to AoA. They refuse to fix my car because they say it is shifting exactly like all of the other S4 tip cars. You say first to second should be at 6800 instead of 6300. I need some printed info. AoA has nothing in print for their so called spec that they claim my car is adhering to.

The DSM will be at my dealer this Thur. and I've asked the SM to see if he can get anything for you in writing. The info I got was from the DSM when he took my problem to ZF...ZF responded that my transmission was performing exactly as designed.

The DSM did say that I don't have a claim or issue with my car from a design and functional aspect, but he understands that the tips do not perform exactly as they are marketed.
