Default will 255/35/19 rub?

I am planning on purchasing some 255/35/19 tires for my 2004 S4 Avant, does anyone know if these should work or am I going to have some rubbing problems?

Default I know a B7 owner running that with +32 offset, P Zero Rosso, not lowered, no rubbing. See link.

Here's the car...<ul><li><a href="http://www.vellanowheels.com/gallery/VSi/Audi/s4_1/s4_1.htm">http://www.vellanowheels.com/gallery/VSi/Audi/s4_1/s4_1.htm</a</li></ul>

Default They will

rub. I have 245/35/19's on a lowered suspension and have some rubbing on dips in the road. Pre suspenion at stock height I had rubbing only on the front left. Taking out the inner fender screw on top along w the tab helped a bit.

Default I have 255/40/18 on a 9" rim and no rubbing

These are R-compounds on a track rim, never rubbed while at the track, stock suspension also an Avant.

Note although the tires may all say 255/35/19 they are not actually the same size.

I had a Falken tire 235/35/19 on a set of RS6 rims that looked way too small, no bead overhang to prtect the rim edge. Bought a new set of Khumo Ecsta SPT same 235/35/19 they fit nicely, straight up sidewall with a 1/2 inch rim edge guard. Also side by side the two tires differed by at least a half inch in height.

The Michellins I have on a 3pc rim are 265/30/19 in the rear and rub, because of the deep dish lip I chose, others with less lip clear with that size.

Quick Reply: will 255/35/19 rub?
