Next S4 needs to be twin turbo V8
Take the 340HP V8 and drop a couple of small turbos on it.
Think of it as the 2.7T with 2 extra cylinders but not actually (since it would be based on the 4.2L).
This should give it about 400HP and 400 ft/lbs of torque.
Quattro GmbH can then come along and tweak it for a 500HP B8 RS4.
p.s. Audi - bring the Avant version of this RS4 to the US and it'll def be my next car

Not a good trend and ironically I suspect all the coupes on the horizon will hasten their demise
I suspect AoA's thinking will go something like this
"Now that the A4 and A6 sedans have coupe variants, we have plenty of models and we don't need Avant variants because those customers will buy the Q series"

I will never buy an SUV crossover...if it can't go waist deep in mud...keep it
if audi stops the avant variants I will nto buy another one. either I will keep my car or buy an old used Land Rover and an exige s
