I don't think I mentioned it here but I had made a deal last Thursday to sell my car and I got rear ended by a Dodge Ram on my way home from work Thursday afternoon ![Frown](https://www.audiworld.com/forums/images/smilies/frown.gif)
so now, the deal is gone, my car is no longer perfect and it'll be in the shop for who knows how long! This has made me feel sick all weekend.
Does anyone know if it's possible to go after the kids insurance for diminished value on my car since this kids f*ck up cost me a sale (and a showroom new car)?

I know that the trunk and bumper is a pretty straight forward repair (remove and replace) but what about the passenger rear qtr? It took a good hit, I was at a light and had just started to go (my foot was still on the clutch) and the kid slammed into me w/out ever slowing down... he was probably going 20-30 mph. I had my daughter (2 yrs old) in the car w/ me and it scared the hell out of her which in turn scared me thinking she was hurt. She's fine and now that she's ok I can turn my attention to the car. what's the consensus, do we think it can be fixed perfectly? The shop it's at does great work, I use them for anything I need.

than the left one. The car took a hell of a hit but the car took the hit and my daughter is fine so it did what it was supposed to do... it just really sucks that it cost me the deal I had and now I know I'll never get that price for it once it's repaired. ![Frown](https://www.audiworld.com/forums/images/smilies/frown.gif)
Not to mention that my next car is sitting in Naples, FL waiting for me to finalize a deal w/ the S4 and it would have been shipped up here by next week. Looks like those plans are on hold indefinitely.
