winter tires

In Phila, I hear it is supposed to snow in the upcoming weeks and last year I kept my car stored for the winter. I am sure that i am not the first to ask, if you guys cold lead me i the right diretion, it wold be appreicated. I have been o Tire Rack,but whats the difference??

cliffs drive raved about their older M2s. I know Dr. Gp has all seasons in your area. All seasons do everythign well but nothing great. Its a weighinng test you need to do. You'll go through 2 all seasons or 1 pair od winters or summers. In the end it sort of works equal plus a set or rims.

I had all weathers for a brief period last year but did not get much out of them, so I have no problem with having one summer set and a winter set. Thanks for the suggestion.

I run M3's
I did run WS-50 Blizzaks on one car, but they were overkill for the snow we get. They were fantastic in the snow, squishy in the dry and not real great in the wet with performance below that of all weather tires.
