Default wow..

I hate it when people drive dangerous when they have their kids in the car....

At any point...I get all my speed fix at the track..not interested in fooling ard with anyone...

I seriously hope that people will come to realise one day that we all have to share the road safety first..

Default Very scary.

The carrera and I immediately slowed to 50-60 and merged a lane over. There was nothing we could do...other than call 911. So I did.

Default hheheheh

I sure hope there isnt some left over ketchup on the seat hehehe. I think we all need to invest in a car spray that sprays the new car smell =) that smell is awesome.

Default Nope, the compartment under the seat is perfect for storing food...

as long as the windows remain open and plenty of wind comes thru (which definitely happens at 110+), you're good to go.

Unfortunately, they can never create the smell of a new car. The problem is that a new car smell is made up of the smell of fresh, new carpet and vinyl. The sprays car washes use freaking STINK (literally!). Smells like you sprayed in the harshest chemicals known to exist.

Default most people fall for that trick!

if someone is on my *** and i am already doing at or near the limit, i will not speed up, i will pull over to the next slowest lane. i dont see why letting someone buy who is obvisouly driving at a faster rate than you would be a problem.

Default Lawyer is no guarantee PERIOD

I fight all my traffic tickets myself. One year I got three in a row (happens every 3-5 years) all within about 6 weeks.

I deserved 2 of them this time. I was on the freeway with the family. A chevy min truck goes flying past me at 90+ mph. I got a smile on my face as I saw the CHP in his ususal spot.

As the truck passed 2 seconds later the cop looks at me and me at him. Next thing I know I am getting pulled over.

He clocked the truck but visually saw me (as he was writing the ticket for some other occurence)

It was such BS, tried to explain to him would not listed.

Had to hire an attorney as I had too many activities happening

Long story longer, that was the only ticket to go on my record, yes the one I had an attorney hire for.
You have to know a good one, and then it will cost you some serious bux

AT LEAST IN CA!

Default No guarantee, ok. But definitely better then trying to tackle two cops by himself.

Your story is definitely a situation that sucks, don't get me wrong, but with Sia's age, walking in there trying to tell the judge that the cops were wrong is not going to work, even if he IS right. The judge is obviously going to be on the side of the cops. I've seen it time and time again.

My advice to Sia is to go with a lawyer. He can choose to do whatever he wants, but given the variables, I think it's best to explore his options, and I see the lawyer as being the most viable. Sia, do whatever you want.
