The sheet shows the increase in price for each model's BASE trim level - in the case of the S4, the Prem Plus is the base model so while the charge for the Prestige package stays the same, it gets added on to the higher base price for the Prem+. So yes, the increase effects the Prestige, but if you already ordered it, then you miss the increase.

Does that mean invoice goes up too? Or just MSRP? My car is on order and i negotiated $500 over invoice. Now will i be looking at paying more when my car arrives?

So my dealer said there was some (supplier?) issue with the silver inserts and that you now were getting the carbon inserts for free (which I wanted anyway). Interesting that this is the same amount as the increase. Maybe it's that? Either way, looks like I ordered at the right time
