But, and forgive me if I'm not remembering this correctly (its late), but didn't Legacykid's dealer tell him repeatedly that the order for the vehicle had been placed since before mid June? Or that the car was already built, or something like that? I was under the impression that he had been trying to get a straight answer out of them for more than a month. I should probably just go back through this thread and iron out the wrinkles in my memory myself, but I'm just too damn tired.

Anyway, it still sounds like this dealer is either a.) woefully misinformed about their product (unacceptable!), or b.) willfully dishonest in some attempt to gain profit.

Either way, the situation smells funky.

Technically they told me before mdw that they have orders they can change n I would get it July or Aug the latest..so I'm gunna call aoa and see when the order was placed..I have no car right now an am infuriated

A matter a fact I have this strange idea that they may have kept the 2011s they ordered as to make a profit on some one who can't bargen..and I'm stuck waiting..if infact they waited to place my order can I complain maybe get free audicare and tire insurance ...anything
