This may have already been discussed, but wasn't able to find anything using the search. I was looking at the 2012 S4 order guide (issue date April 19, 2011) and noticed that there is no option for ordering the Titanium Package with the Premium Plus?

I definitely want the Titanium Package, but was hoping to stick with the Premium Plus as I didn't really want navigation. I was able to do this with the 2011, but it seems this is no longer an option for 2012. If so, this sucks. I was ready to place my order in January for a 2011, but my dealer didn't have any allocations left and suggested I simply wait until 2012. I was planning on ordering an out of range color (Sepang Blue), so getting something off a dealer lot is out of the question. Now it seems I may have to spend the extra money and get the Prestige package just so I can get the Titanium Package. Maybe I will just bite the bullet and go with the new MB C63 instead.

Anyone hear anything different in regards to the Titanium Package availability in 2012?

You're correct, its not available on the 2012 in Premium Plus. It also will have body colored mirrors instead of aluminum.

Personally I'd say go ahead and get the Prestige with Nav. I don't use the Nav functions much but there are a lot of other things about it that make me glad I got it (traffic info, MMI **** behind shifter vs on dash, color DIS, higher res screen, individual drive select setting, VIM hack, digital fiber optic connection to the amp, etc.).

You can't go wrong with a new C63, but if you want something built for more than straight lines, get the S4. I've had mine since January and it still gives me a **** eating grin every time I drive it. Plus Sepang is stunning in person, especially with the Ti package. you'll get a ton of compliments.

I placed an order on a 2012 S4 P+ with Ti pkg on mid-late April.

Probably since the order guide was not officially out by then they let the order slip through.

Ask the dealer, maybe they can call the right people and make it happen.

Just checked the status of my order and they bumped it to Prestige without even calling me.

Ridiculous.

I'd say just stick with the P+ and powder coat the aluminum door trim pieces and get the black grill from ECS Tuning.
