Now that the 2012's are arriving it would be very helpful if everyone purchasing would let us perspective buyers know how much they paid for their vehicle, also included what model year the S4 is and if it was purchased from the dealers stock in hand, allotment, dealer trade or if it was a personal custom build from the factory.
I am debating about getting back into an S4 for the first time since 2000 and would appreciate having as much info as possible before I start shopping around with specific colors and options in mind.
It is also my understanding that the Audi Loyalty $1500 discount is not available for the 2012 ??

THERE ARENT ANY STOCK OF S4'S RIGHT NOW. THEY ARE ALL ORDERED CARS COMING IN. SO THERE ISNT ANY DEALER STOCK.

IN THE NORTHEAST (NJ) THE GOING PRICE IS ABOUT 15-1700 OVER INVOICE RIGHT NOW IF YOU SHOP AROUND. THATS BEST CASE SCENARIO. EXPECT THAT TO STAY ABOUT THE AVERAGE THIS YEAR SINCE THERE IS PRETTY HIGH DEMAND ON S4S AND NOT TOO MANY CARS AROUND OR BEING BUILT COMPARED TO 2010 AND 11.

I work for a large company and get a flat 6% Audi Supplier discount off MSRP. I am not aware of what invoice pricing is.

Additionally my dealer sent me a $500 gift card which I was also able to use. (almost 1%) Further, CA just reduced sales tax 1% which helps!

My dealer said without the Supplier discount he would only give me 3% off MSRP for an S4.


Would be interested in seeing invoice vs. MSRP pricing.

According to cars.com (not sure how accurate the site is) they list over 20 brand new 2012 S4's and over 160 new 2011 S4's. But of course this could just be the dealers listing the cars before they arrive at the dealership (hense no photos), but there sure seems to be a lot of 2011's out there, maybe even a "flood" of 2011's which means they will have to really start dealing on them as the newer (not necessarily better) 2012 come in off the boat.

I am in the process of purchasing a 2012 S4 from my local dealer today. Car is in the Port of Houston and should be released to the truck today. It was a regional allocation to the dealler so they are starting to arrive.

Side assist now standard on the prestige package for 2012.

Where did you hear or read about the loyalty program continuing for the 2012's? I couldn't find it on the audi web site, if I had a sales associate I liked and could trust I would ask them but unfortunantly I don't!!

2012 s4 prestige ordered $1200 over invoice. Comes to $60,140. Loaded with everything except active cruise control.

I got a quote from a local dealer (Albuquerque, NM) for $750 over invoice for the 2012. This was using the Costco auto buying program. And it was for either premium plus or prestige. I know the amount over invoice is different at each dealership.

I ordered my car at the deal of $750 over invoice locked in. And i see on the Audi website that loyalty will be good until january 2012. But i was told the loyalty amount might change.
