The one thing I remember thinking after driving the s4 was that even though the 335i and s4 are about equal 0-60, the 335i "felt" faster in that I recalled the sensation of being pushed back into the seat more when I was in the BMW. But I didn't drive them back to back.
I agree with everything you said....no comparison between the seats. Also, being in Canada, quattro counts for a lot to me.
You've had 2 bimmers in the last 5 years, so can you tell me how you feel about the user-friendliness of BMW's nav/multimedia system compared to Audi's? My impression is that BMW's system is a little simpler, but I dont have much experience using either.

Drove the 335i sport version within days of the S4 and liked the S4 as the shifts were more fluid.

Agree on most points and value for the money/daily driver/stealth points its right up there.
I looked at S5's but the S4 is way too damn practical for street, track and driving my Mother-in-Law to the grocery store in comfort
Extra points.
I'll save the 911 for driving track days once the kids are gone.
