A friend has offered to use his VAG-COM to mod my 2013 S4. I want to take him up on the offer, but I've no experience with this, nor do I understand what mods are good and which I should avoid. I'd welcome any suggestions.

Wish I could recommend something, but i'm in the same boat with my 2012.

I'm interested in seeing the popular mods, as well as inquiring for a local VAG flash

I've read through most of them and only a few caught my eye.

1) Stop the headlight blink when signaling.
2) Change the LED brightness from 9% to 25-30%

I think their tools are capable of doing so. I don't think they will make the changes at your request though.

I have a new 2013 arriving later this week and will be going to get a few VAG mods done.

Dsg or 6 speed? I need a dsg car for an hour or two on a sat. If you would be willing to help... Need to redesign the paddles my brother makes... Either way I have the vag cable and will gladly make any changes you need... I am in concord so about 30 minutes from you... Let me know... Later Ron

I turned off the amber running lights, turned off the blinking with turn signal and turned on open and close of windows/ sunroof with keychain. Enjoy
