Default ABT's Euro B8 S4 ECU upgrade

ABT's upgrade in same neighborhood as MTM (435 BHP). This one however, is an ECU upgrade and not a piggyback like MTM offering.

How come the power & torque curves look so broken on their graphs? It looks like they graphed them with totally diffrent axis scales.

Their upgrade seems to trade the low end a *LOT* if the torque curve is right . . .

Agree, with this kind of loss of low-end power it is not interesting. Seems like all power is done up high. Would also like to see a boost graph.

I was under the impression that ABT is also using a piggy-back system like MTM and that they do not intent to release it for the US market, at least not as of yet that is.

Are you guys looking at the same graphs as me?
The Power is more across the entire rev range.

The torque is off by the smallest amount below 2000rpm, but much higher everywhere else.

Even below 2000 rpm, if their graphs are to be believed it is within 5 ft-lb.

That's what I got too - the torque is VERY slightly lower for a few hundred RPM initially than stock, then it takes way off and eclipses stock. It even hold higher longer into the high range than stock (which drops off around 5k RPM).

Maybe I'm retarded but let's look at the PDF file (http://www.abt-sportsline.de/uploads..._CAKA_HS_E.pdf).

On the left, we have stock and the right we have modded, right?

So on the left, @

2,000 RPM I see about 330 bHP (y-axis; probably really Netwon-Meters units since we're talking torque).

3,000 RPM ~ 440 Nm

On the right, @

2,000 RPM I see about 120 bHP (again, probably Newton-Meters).

3,000 RPM ~ 175 Nm

What am I missing?

Left graph is torque, right graph is power. Units are wrong on the left graph, should be Newton-Meters. Black line on both graphs are stock, red line is chipped.
