There were two issues I was having, I'm pretty sure they were related. The first is the up shift between 1st and 2nd. The shifting is much smoother now. I was getting a jerk/jolt when using my paddle shifters.

The second issue was the jerkiness/throttle response when I was stopped at a light and hitting the throttle, I felt like I was driving my Toyota Tercel from high school (to a certain degree) I was also noticing the lag in throttle response when I was breaking, coming to a stop then hitting the gas. Think of driving in traffic on the highway with stop and go traffic, you don't come to a complete stop....

I just picked the car up yesterday but so far so good on the two issues above.
