Default Advice on 2013 S4 lease deal please

I live in Montreal (Canada). Using MSRP, 3.9% interest on a 36 month lease with 16k kilometers per year. That's for an S4 with:
S tronic
Premium trim line, which includes MMI NAV, smart key, B&O, etc.
sports diff
titanium wheels
metallic white
Carbon inlays
Total MSRP is $62,650.00
Sales tax in Quebec is 15%
when they add that plus destination charges, total is about $72k.
Monthly payment would be $1195 with no money down.
The Audi website doesn't indicate residual value so I forget whether it's 55% or closer to 58%. Dealer offered to cover first month's payment, give me 18" winter tire/wheel set and winter mats.
Is this a good deal? I'm thinking if they throw in Audi Care it would be.

I assume the price is 1195.00 plus tax, otherwise that deal is very good.

I got a 2013 S4 48 months, 24k per year premium (no sports diff and no titanium wheels), and I was quoted 1095.00 tax in 0 down.

PM me if you want more details about the dealer/salesman

The 1195.00 includes tax. That's the Audi quoted price. The deal for me is what they're throwing in - first month's payment, etc. which adds up to around $4000. However, I read on another thread that if you get Audi Care, it adds 1% to residual value, thereby reducing your monthly payments. I wonder if that applies in Canada as well.

What does a 2011 S5 have to do with a 2013 S4? And since you are talking miles rather than kilometers, are you located in Canada? I'm no Canuck, but apparently the cost of an Audi is significantly higher for our neighbors to the north.

You know on second thoughts, if u have taxes included in the monthly payment, then it sounds like a good deal.!!!

If not, look elsewhere

For anyone who's not understanding the Canadian pricing, this is MSRP except a discount of C$1195 + value of their winter tire/rim package and the winter mats. The Audi Canada website puts the residual at $32,968.95

A discount of about $1200 off MSRP is pretty much automatic when you start talking numbers. So your deal really comes down to the add-ins.

Depending on what winter tires and rims they are giving you, I'm seeing that package as closer to another C$2000-2500 in value. (Not even counting that the dealer's cost is just the wholesale, of course.)

Just make sure you don't get stuck with crappy tires you wouldn't have otherwise bought. Read the tirerack reviews. Also remember that by forgoing more direct discounts, you are rolling your winter tire and mats "purchase" into your financed deal.

I'm in Ontario (13% tax) and I'm paying $1,068.73 a month (taxes included) for 48 months with $0 down for a 2013 S4 Premium with S-Tronic with the the following options

- Phantom black pearl effect paint
- 5 spoke titanium wheels
- TPMS
- Stainless steel mesh with piano black inlay trim
- Audi drive select
- Adaptive cruise control with quattro sport differential
- Rear side airbags
- Rear comfort package
- 25,000 km a year

I also got the first payment free, no security deposit, and free Audi Care package. It's a promotion they're running right now.

That sounds like a pretty good deal. I didn't see that promotion on the website. Is there a name for the promo so I can inquire at my local dealer?

I don't know if there's a name for the promotion. It's something that they run every few months. They had it back in October and they're running it again. I would just ask the dealer if they're running a promotion where you get the security deposit and first month's payment waived and you also get free Audi Care.
