No signs until actual failure. Coolant level was checked at least once a week at fill up. Went out Saturday afternoon before going out for a drive. My garage had a 2' diameter puddle of coolant. Best case scenario that it happened at home.
The dealer already started working on it. Found another failure with the hose that carries the coolant. Maybe plastic pieces got sucked in? I'm going to ask SA to investigate further.
