Give me an RS4 with the RS5 seats and a 3.0TFSI with an R1650 supercharger pushing out around 450-500hp and then I'd be tempted if I could afford it.

The 'S5' Coupe will dump the V8 - seemingly in the next year- just like the S5 Cabriolet already has for the same S4 3L engine.

That might win some new owners, given it would be more modifiable and has MT variant option (already.... not the 4Doors that some want however).

V8 is nice but you are now looking at apples and oranges on costs. I could be wrong but you may want to start looking at an M3 pricetag to compare to the RS5
