Audi Uptown does give out loaner for warranty repairs (I did buy from them so not sure if that made the difference). Do not expect an Audi loaner though as they stopped that about a year ago. You get a rental from nearby Thrifty instead 
and dealer covers the charge.
Btw, what is the latest MMI firmware level now? I have asked a few times but was told there is no update. Thanks.
