Default Anyone have any pics of a B8 S4 with H&R springs?

There are ones that drop the car 1.2", 1.5" (both front and rear). Or if you have coilovers and can tell me how much of a drop it is? I'm wondering if 1.2" is enough of a drop, yet if it still retains the comfortable ride.

I have H&R sport springs. pretty much eliminates all wheel gap. It looks fantastic, and rides really well.

I don't have any pictures though!

Did ride smoothness change?

Yeah.... I would actually like to know who's done this and how the car handles. I just have the regular suspension so swapping springs would be nice if I could do that.

I don't have an S4 so I don't know if H&R offers them, but check if they have OE Sport springs for the B8 S4. I didn't want a crazy drop on mine either so I went w/ the H&R OE Sports for my A4, which is a slightly more conservative drop than the H&R Sports. My ride height is perfect now IMHO, and I came from A4 sport pkg suspension (which AFAIK is the same ride height as that of the S4).

I think for right now I am going to wait and see what comes out for suspension options. I am in no hurry. I think I am leaning towards coilovers now just so I can adjust the ride height myself.

^Good choice if you're at all worried about the ride height. Coils will give you matching springs and shocks as well.

Yeah, they do have OE springs for the S4, they might actually be the same ones you have on your A4. I'm in the same boat as you. I basically want to eliminate the majority of the wheel gap by dropping it a bit over an inch.

How does your ride comfortability compare to your A4 with the sports suspension? Also do you have any pics from the side with your springs on?
