It's definitely 5/3/10. I'm not surprised there isn't any reference to this on audiusa. Dealers like to have this in their back pocket to help close the sale.

I got the $1500 on my purchase which actually meant I got the car for under invoice price. They did not volunteer the information but came clean when I mentioned that I knew it was available. Thanks to everyone here!
