Audi Loyalty Rebate for s4 orders?
I finally put my order in for my s4 and I was asking about the Audi loyalty program. My salesman said that since this is an order the rebate is something you request/get when the car is delivered (and not when ordered). I certainly don't want to leave any money on the table and I'm worried that the program won't be around in early 2010 when my s4 shows up.
I curious as to what everyone else's experiences have been. Did you guys get the Audi loyalty rebate when you place your orders or on delivery of your s4?
Thanks.

I am moving to USA from Europe, and purchasing through International Auto Source. They told me that it wasn't available on special orders, though others here have said otherwise.
I still have yet to order an S4, but have been thinking long and hard about it... The loyalty rebate will be a clincher - I won't purchase without it (we already have a Q7 on order, so the s4 would be our second Audi).
Be interested to hear how you get on.
@AgisA: do you know whether the expiry relates to point of order, or point of delivery?

Programs only apply at time of delivery. Loyalty has been running for quite some time. I can't promise you it will be around when your car comes but it might be.

Exactly. It seems a bit daft that you place an order (in my case it would be with a non-refundable deposit) and then because of the long build times, you aren't eligible for this anymore... I guess it works well if you are already in the states and can buy something off the lot, but this isn't viable in my situation and furthermore, I'm guessing that if you're spending 50-60k on a car, you don't really want to compromise on the specs!

I used the Audi loyalty thing when I picked up my car today. $1500 off. Works! Apparently my 01.5 B5 S4 qualifies. Thanks to Ben at University Audi (Seattle). It is applied when you "check out".

Wow! The "official" description requires an '03 or later to qualify. Maybe my '01 allroad will be acceptable too?

I was bummed that it was '03 before. They have changed it to '01. Check the link.
