It's rare that I have an opportunity to express my sincere gratitude towards a company/customer service experience. When AWE states that they stand behind their products they truly do. My Quad diamond black tips had for some reason started to lose their coating. After taking a couple of photos of the tips and providing them with my original purchase information, they quickly went into action.
Today I received my new tips and will hopefully be installing them this weekend. Thanks AWE for having outstanding customer service and standing behind your products. I'll continue to be an AWE supporter![Smile](https://www.audiworld.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
If anyone is on the fence about buying AWE and worried about quality, hopefully this post helps you make a decision.
