Mine works fine. Resolution is pretty lacking on it though. I've got 8 megapixels in my phone, why can't Audi give us at least half of that?!?! "Wide Angle HD Backup Camera" would be a great marketing gimmick as well... I should patent that.

With cameras in general, if there is low-light, the camera may automatically crank up the ISO in order to maintain exposure. This will cause bad grainy effect. Go to your bathroom and make a video with your cellphone with the bathroom light on and the door closed . Then make another one with the light off and the door open 5 inches to let a little light in. The difference should be huge.
Sounds like some of them are just flat having a problem though.

You are definitely correct Saki. It's grainy at night which is to be expected but still works. Daytime, full sun could still be better.
I'm guessing it's a VGA camera or 1MP at best.
