Yes 3rd will give inflated ratings, 4th is standard to use in most cars, with ours there is little diff between 4th and 5th, they are on opposite sides of 1:1 - 3rd will show higher ratings though.

NW - based on your numbers here, it would suggest that 333 is actually probably pretty close to the right number for CHP. Is that correct?

It could indeed be, the first dry run (we didn't record) and the subsequent 2 pulls were all within 2-3% of each other, so it's not the dyno. If nothing else conditions and each car is a little different.
