anyone seen this? The DRL's appear to flicker at some high rate. In the first photo, both DRL's are on. In the second, the rh DRL is off. The photos were taken with the camera in auto-wind mode. This appeared on both mine and a friend's S4 during the same photo session. I've never seen or heard mention of this before.

Might be similar to computer monitors. They constantly flicker making them look wierd in pictures. tbh, as long as it's not something you can notice with the human eye I wouldn't worry so much about it.

This is exactly right. LED's are not always on, the way they are made dimmer or brighter is to increase or decrease the duty cycle. The more times they cycle on per second the brighter they appear to the human eye.
