Hi,
Has anyone else had issues connecting the Verizon HTC Incredible with the 2010 S4 bluetooth? My iphone worked great but I am having major issues with the Incredible. I get it to connect but as soon as the car is turned off and restarted, they can't connect. They see each other (i.e. the car sees the phone and the phone sees the car) but no connection possible. Of course, Verizon and HTC are useless in trying to help....

I have the nexus one and I had some glitchy connection issues. I realized that if i turn off wifi when bluetooth is on, the connection issues went away.
Maybe this could work for you?

I have a T-Mobile MyTouch 3G Slide (Android 2.1). It pairs fine with the MMI but only the SIM Card contacts get downloaded to car. I can find no way to get the contacts in the phone to download. Even tried the "Download Phonebook" option in the MMI Directory system but no luck.

Mine stopped connecting today. I wonder if the new 2.2 froyo update has something to do with it. Very annoying. It finds the phone but will not allow me to connect. I'm really fed up right now but I am concluding there is nothing I can do. I'm just gonna go out and buy a stupid blue tooth headset. I hate technology!! Life was so much simpler when we had less.

I have the HTC EVO with Sprint and have no problems. Even have the 2.2 Froyo on it. I DID have a problem with the phone itself when I loaded 2.2 and had to do a reset on the phone but since then, no problems.
Try doing a reset on the phone (just backup your info before you do it).
