Default BMW M5 08' to Audi S4? Questions

This is my first post:
I currently own an 08' M5 w/ 64k. mi. that I leased (deducted from taxes) and then bought for $34k. last December. It was a steal. But truth be told, I cannot deduct my bought M5 from my taxes and as such am looking for a new car to lease. I test drove the Audi S4 S- Tronic last November and loved it but $34k. for an M5 was too much to pass up. I have been looking at lease prices and it makes sense for me to get a new car. I love the GT-R but its to impractical; the S4 is the car. Here are some (alot of) questions:
- Will the 2012 bring any changes?
- How much does the Audi Drive Select package really help rather than getting the active diff as a seperate option?
- What is the reliability like on the S4?
- Can a Stasis version be leased?
- Are there any "flukes" with the S- Tronic?

An S4 should save me tons of money and although its not quite as thrilling as winding the M5 up to 8,300rpm its much better suited for my driving. I like the S4 DSG alot more than the SMG (there I said it). But I am not changing becasue of snow problems like most BMW drivers despite living in NJ. I have Dunlop M3s 245/ 45 18 and have been thorugh 12" of the white stuff.

Also,
- Do you have to get the top range Prestige to get the Audi Drive Select?
- Do you get money off for taking Euro Delivery?

Some answers. New colors for 2012. Some dropped others added for 2012. Titanium package only available on the Prestige no longer on the Prem +. Body colored mirrors on the Ti Pack instead of the Alum. No rear back up camera available due to problems getting supply from Japan. Key less entry and rear park control available as an options on the Prem +. IMHO, the Sport dif is a must but the ADS also lets you adjust the suspension. Some like it. IMHO, not worth the extra money. Reliability is an par with BMW. Bad water pumps and thermostats have been fixed in current production. I believe you can lease a Stasis version. Or you can have Stasis upgrade the car and then put back the OEM parts at lease turn in and resell the Stasis parts. I don't have the DSG, but most that have it like it. There are a few minor flukes but someone more knowledgeable about the DSG trans may be able to give you those details. BTW, you will get a better lease rate and higher residual with a Prem+ vs a Prestige. I believe you will need to get the Prestige for the ADS. And you do get a discount for European delivery but it is not as generous as you would get with the BMW Euro delivery
